First of all, RedPeak has so many properties that they all become poorly managed, especially the cheaper ones like 899. Water pressure is extremely inconsistent, could potentially go without water for some time. Appliances are mid at best. Laundry prices have risen just in the last 4 months. Couldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone for the price.
I love our apartment so much. It’s the first time I’ve felt comfortable since moving here 4 years ago.
