Got a chance to meet Juana For the first time a couple weeks ago. Super sweet super nice and super kind. Thanks for what you do. The upkeep of this place is great because of you.
Juana has been taking care of the building for all the years I’ve been there (since 2021). Her work keeps her busy, but she always has a moment to say hello. She does a great job keeping things clean and tidy. I appreciate how much she does for our community

NEVER MOVE !! I lived there for 1 year. The apartment is very old, and the sounds coming from the parquet floors when people walk are annoying. You can never sleep and never have a peaceful day and night. I went away from home most of the time because I couldn't stand those noises. Quiet hours are never mandatory, at night your upstairs neighbor vacuums the home for 30 minutes, it's noisy until the morning, when you tell this to the office, the office workers never care and call you the apartment is old. and insects inside t... read more
