This is a continuation of my complaint, I was cut off. They came out and I was told the leak wasn't coming from the base of the toilet but from the upper tank and it would need a new seal. I asked if he saw the leak after checking under the toilet or if the leak was observed on the outside of the tank. He told me the leak was visible from outside. Worked on a tub before I bought the house. Once I moved in, the problem emerged again and I called them. They showed up 3 days later, told me the problem was something else eventhough the tuub was not drainning. I told the guys to work on it as I called the office to find thatthe manager acted like a total jerk and distespectful to me the whole phone call I went inside to find the tub filled with waste and water from the toilet all over the floor! I had a sewer back up that affected master bath & both guest baths plus the guest shower. A real mess! Called Cara in desperation & Josh arrived at my home within an hour. He was so courteous & professional & apologetic that the bill was higher than usual because the job had taken longer than he expected. Believe me, I was not upset! He did a wonderful job. We had a sluggish drain in our kitchen sink and after trying a DIY project to clear it, managed to have water running all over the kitchen floor. We used our Choice Home Warranty and were referred to Quality Drain Service (aka 88Drain) who promptly responded to set the appointment for repair. ******* **** called to let us know he was on the way and arrived promptly during the scheduled time.
