Originally I also left a five star review but after living here, I do not recommend it. The management is very poor at communication and have planned fire alarms going off in the while building from 9-5pm with only a 30minute notification to residents. They also insistent on very loud and disruptive trash can moves at 4:30am even though the trash truck doesn’t come until 7, and they’re rigid when asked if this can be changed. Update 2025: I originally left a 5-star review thanks to a great move-in experience with Alexus. Unfortunately, our last month was the opposite. After raising concerns with the leasing office about a confrontation by the maintenance worker regarding parking, we were contacted by one of the owners, Rochelle. The call felt more like a scolding than a conversation—she was condescending, dismissive, and sarcastic. I liked the apartment and the maintenance team was amazing, hence the 3 stars, but watch out for your lease terms, especially around breaking the lease! I had to relocate for a new job and because of the lease terms I was stuck paying rent for the apartment without living in it. And management wasn’t flexible or helpful in anyway! Per lease terms you’re responsible to pay until the apartment is filled until your lease is up. So if you have 6mons left in your lease and it takes 6 mons to fill the apartment, your paying for it... read more
