I made an reservation and then i had to wait for 30minute. I had massage and head spa. The staff were talking too much, so it was hard to relax. Plus, need someone more professional.
I usually visit Vemax every year, but this year I don’t know what happened. The experience wasn’t what I expected, and the staff seemed unprofessional. They took personal phone calls during my massage and refused new clients when they called, even though it was still early before closing time. They also didn’t provide the same quality experience I've had in previous visits. Arrived and the staff were exceptionally rude. They informed me that if there was no appointment that they would not be able to accommodate a walk-in because they were very busy. Sure, that’s reasonable, but she was rude and dismissive about the entire time. I asked nicely if I would be able to make an appointment for later today, where she grabbed her notepad and threw it around.
