I was excited that find sweet longaniza and fresh oysters! We cooked longaniza and cracked open a oyster only to spit out a mouth good of nasty thick cream!!! � I looked it up and it’s cause there spawning but it wasn’t mentioned. I called store and apparently only when everyone calls back to “complaint ” (warn them about their products) will they assist you.
