POSITIVES: great views, size of apartments is good, modern fixtures. NEGATIVES: Nearly impossible to get work done in the apartment on the weekends. Pest control, maintenance seem to only work Mon-Fri, which is GREAT when you have a pest issue on a Friday night. Overall, seems like maintenance is understaffed. Security doors didn’t work for nearly 3 months straight. Only one elevator, meaning if someone’s moving in/out, or the elevator is broken, good luck getting to the upper floors via the stairs. Definitely was a great apartment the view was everything it was nice and clean and beautiful I will definitely will be coming back my sisters and I had a amazing time thank you guys for your service.
