My mother got me and my husband a massage for my birthday. We finally got to use it today, my husband called ahead and book us a time and day. When we arrived and walked in we were immediately read it by the lady at the front desk my husband and her spoke about our appointment and he handed over the certificate that we were gifted. I had a great experience today !!!
My wife went today. I got her the treatment as a gift and she was asked to tip, when is tipping mandatory, also she was going to tip. I thought this was very unprofessional, and I will not be buying this as a gift in the future. If this is was your employee please talk to them, this is not professional at all.
I almost fell asleep with how amazing this massage was. Desperately needed this from dealing with bad back pain. Will definitely come back.
