Chris was great! He was right on time, and very pleasant to talk with. We were at the airport before I knew it.
We were travelling on a long trip and coming back thru Orlando airport; not my favotite landing spot- especially after 40 hours of flying, sitting, layovers and wondering about delayed connections and what we'd find at home after a 17 day journey.
