I would strongly advise anyone considering moving into 8600 16th St Apartments in Silver Spring to do thorough research before signing a lease. My experience with this property has been extremely disappointing. The management team is very unprofessional and disrespectful toward residents. It is difficult to get assistance, and staff members often have poor attitudes. On multiple occasions, calls were disconnected while trying to discuss concerns.
