Been here 10 years now. The apartment are very nice. You can always see maintenance riding around to take care of various things throughout the complex. Always give them a wave as they pass by. The pool and club house are very well maintained.

I love 860 East. My most recent interaction with Breawna further reinforces my stance. I had an obscure issue that Breawna was able to quickly and pleasantly assist me with even though she had never come across that problem before. I mean everything about this place is perfect. From the back office experience to the maintenance crews. Everyone is genuine, the people you talk to are real people just like you and me.
