What an easy and great transition! Clarissa and Gianna made my life so easy transitioning from NC to Ohio! These ladies were very professional and helpful all at the same time. If your looking to move to the Cincinnati area, 860 is the place to be! I’m loving my new place!
In my experience 860 East is GREAT! The leasing office manager, Amanda, is fantastic. She really cares about the residents, and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. UPDATE: Amanda is no longer property manager and Venture does everything they can to no deal with customer service it feels like. You pay high dollar to rarely get assistance. First two years were great. Last year as a resident tarnished the entire experience.
Great place to live!!! New!!! Haven’t seen any signs of mold or bugs as I have in past “luxury” places. Tenants are kind!! Not too many dogs here, it’s so nice to have peace and quiet, last place I lived was a zoo.
The man came within an hour of my call. went and got a wax ring and came back and was finished and cleaned up within an hour. Polite and did a good job. Thanks
