It is a great place. Very safe .
This place is well kept, and the interactions with the building management and maintenance have been easy. Marc and his guys have been awesome. They clearly work hard and treat the tenants with respect.
Been living here for some time and I have to say it’s been one of the best places i’ve lived in. Marc and his team are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. They are quick on calls and fix any sort of issues I have with no complaints.
Je viens de déménager dans cette résidence depuis quelques jours, le processus de location a été très souple est rapide grâce au professionnalisme de l'équipe et spécialement Mr Mathieu, qui a été d'un sérieux et efficacité irréprochable. L'appartement est très propre et le lieu et calme et sécurisée, je recommande vivement.
Had a very smooth and easy rental experience with Mathieu Talbot. Was available to answer all my questions and would recommend working with him.
