Changing my rating due to the fan failure less than 2 years after install. Tech didn’t believe be it was broken (fan was pulling less than 0.5) and causing very noticeable vibration in my home and refused to swap it. I changed the fan on my own dime and all vibration went away and the fan started pulling well above 1.5 again. Tech told me he would come pick up my old fan and attempt to swap it at the distributor. He was a no show and completely ghosted.

All I can say is that they did a poor installation and you better stay away from this company.

Awesome Job! They were easy to work with, very professional and their technicians do excellent work. I loved that they have upfront pricing and delivered what they promised. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend their services!
