Clean neat appearance. They have recently changed their security so they are back to the key board entry but that's never an issue for me as the tenant i visit will be home when i'm needing access to the building. Very presentable building.
Recently went here for an open house. It's a classy and upscale building. The suites are large and have two large bathrooms, on suite laundry and a great balcony. Loved the ambiance and Vibe.
Clean, secure and quiet condominium enjoy the welcoming warm feeling if this building as well as the spacious units which are rare in today's cramped modern condos.
quiet and impeccably tidy building although it lacks a concierge the security cameras need maintenance and the access system for entering the building needs a complete overhaul. Being a realtor that has been in more condos than the average I love this condo building. This building is likely one of the best kept secrets in the area. Large units and although the maintenance fee seems high, it is not when you consider it includes parking, electricity, and basic cable. The amenities are outstanding including a salt water swimming pool and an unbeatable location. Just a couple of blocks from Yonge and Bloor and the finest shopping in the city.
