Thank You Dr. Faulk I am saddened to read the negative reviews about Dr. Faulk and the Pet Hospital. We have always received such kindness and compassion from Dr. Faulk and all of his staff. We had a very serious incident a year and a half ago, which resulted in our cat having to have a leg amputation. All appropriate steps were taken to try to save the leg, but unfortunately in the end, there was no saving it. Dr Faulk spent so much time with us by answering all of our questions, and consoling us through this difficult time... read more

Murderers I took my 4 month old chinchilla to this vet on an emergency call. My baby chinchilla had an abscess under his chin. The veterinarian didn't seem at all concerned regarding my chin's well being. He stuck a razor in my chin's neck - while the chin was still conscious and then squeezed the chinchilla's neck until blood was pouring out. I could tell that my chinchilla was losing a lot of blood. At this point I could see arteries sticking out where the vet had cut my chin. The vet then proceeded to pour hydrogen peroxi... read more

85th & Quaker Pet Hospital rebutal The chinchilla had been sick for days with an abscess under its neck that was pressing on its throat. It could not eat or drink and was having trouble breathing. We restrained it so that I could lance the abscess and drain the puss. Struggling against restraint, the chinchilla got out of breath. With the pressure from the swelling caused by infection, it could not get enough air, and its heart stopped. I am very sorry that the chinchilla died, but with critical patients, the outcome of trea... read more

MURDERER and TORTURER DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO DR. ROBERT FAULK EVER if you want it to live. I brought my cat to him because he was clearly not acting right, and when this man examined my cat, he didn't get enough blood to run the bloodwork, but insisted he knew that my kitty was in liver failure (based on absolutely nothing). When I questioned this, this guy said very snidely, "I KNOW WHAT WE'RE TREATING." So my little kitty and I were sent home with some liver meds, and bc he wasn't eating, I was having to fill a giant syr... read more

Dr. Faulk Has No People Skills Dr. Faulk is the rudest vet I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He seems to be at that stage in life where he doesn't need more customers and doesn't care about building relationships with clients. I don't care how good somebody is with animals, to be a good vet, one has to have people skills. Dr. Faulk completely fails this measure, and we won't be back to see the unfriendly ol' curmudgeon.

good clinic I have several pets (both cats and dogs) and Dr Faulk has never been anything but pleasant to me. He also knows I always do the best I can for all of my pets and I think he likes responsible pet owners. Dr Taylor is also a delight and a great addition to the clinic. I have been going to this pet hospital for over 20 years and I think he is a very good vet. A little quirky now and then but always pleasant and professional. I find it interesting at all the negative reviews sound the same and were posted on the same... read more

Awful Killer-- Animals that had entirely treatable problems have died under the care of Dr. Faulk because of his arrogance, negligence, and lack of compassion. Take your pet anywhere else, please. You cannot trust this man's medical opinion because he usually bases it on nothing scientific or empirical. If he tells you your pet has a cold or virus, he is lying, he really has no idea, and no intention on actually finding the correct diagnosis. He does not care about your animal. He told me himself he became a Veterinarian onl... read more
