On July 2nd during the afternoon, we went into the San Francisco, California Stonestown Galleria location and every single bread was not risen correctly and flat. Even the buns were flat and squished and sinking in the middle. It appears there are issues during baking and certain ingredients were not added correctly.
Very kind and understanding workers and excellent pastries and drinks.

They have lots of options for delicious fresh baked Chinese pastries, as well as cream cakes on display. The pastry doughs are soft and slightly sweet, and the cakes are delectable, with a light fresh cream, and beautiful designs and flavoring. The drink menu is a bit small, but the drinks are very good and reasonably priced, often 5-7 dollars.
