I am a regular customer at your bakery and have always been satisfied with the quality of your products and service. However, recently, I have encountered an unpleasant situation. For the third time now, the same cashier has treated me as if I were coming to her home rather than a bakery. Additionally, she is unaware of the dog treat cup and firmly insists that it does not exist, even though it has been offered before. Outstanding danishes, well stocked, very busy but fast in and out. Friendly service
I recently visited 85°C Bakery and had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. They came across as unfriendly, impatient, and unhelpful when I needed assistance with my order. What surprised me most was that they didn't even pack my items, which I expected as part of the service at a bakery known for good customer care. I hope management takes steps to improve the customer experience moving forward.
