Was an absolute night mare and experience in doing business with Cathy McClellan. I did a quick deed buy on a piece of land and she failed to tell me that she owed taxes on that land. I had no experience with buying Real Estate and didn't know thats why you do a title search because of things like this. The part that really gets me is that she runs a rehabilitation center for woman trying to get their life together and to get back on their feet and thats how she met me. We knew Cathy the owner(or thought we did) for approx. 3 years. Once we were ready and able to buy a home we reached out to her to do so. We saw a few homes and then came across a "rebuild" after hurricane Michael. She told us the home would be complete and ready to go by July 1st. We didn't EXPECT a deadline considering we do know what it takes to rebuild a home after such a disaster. But about 2 weeks into the process and me asking her for an approx.
