We have been very satisfied residents of 850 Lake Shore. Helpful and capable staff is a highlight of the building. The building is always clean, requests for in unit maintenance are prompt and efficient, garage staff is exceptional at making our car conveniently available at all times, door staff goes out of their way to be helpful and management has been accommodating and easy to work with. Residents are friendly and engaging. The building feels like a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
Moved in January and am extremely happy to be here. The building is classic/elegant with a modern twist. Love swimming laps in the pool during the winter and then relaxing in the hot spa after a long week. The roof top views are just magical! The staff has been extremely kind and always professional. Everyone from the parking staff to the front desk crew to management. All supper helpful. Not one complaint at all. Home Sweet Home
850 North Lake Shore Drive is just a beautiful building to call home. So elegant and warm. Its management, especially DJ Frey, is outstanding. He's a true pro! And its front desk staff could not be more lovely. A wonderful community.
