The location is convenient when you come to the Swl Amo Mall, Bakery is small inside but they do have another small area right outside. They sell nice soft bread with some cake slices or whole with some good drinks, a little pricey. Service was bad as the young help lacked people and communication skills.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Lady at the counter was rude and just did not want to be bothered. I just got home and opened my cake slice I ordered and its not even what I ordered.
I am always taking cakes and pastries from here. Last time I got a cake and it was not in good condition. I saw after coming out of the store and went back to the store within a minute.Girl on the counter was rude and called her manager. Manager was not supportive and she acted like I have done it myself. I am not poor or came to eat free food ladies. I have enough to buy food for myself. Then I asked if that can be returned. Order 5 Drinks all with Boba and all of our Drinks the Boba was undercook and hard. Last time at this location, we pay extra for Boba for it to be not good.
