Ordered a birthday cake from them over the phone. Said it would be ready at a certain time. I drove long distance to get there. And when I arrived, I was told we don't have that cake. Is there something else you would like no?I said they didn't call me they didn't they gave me no consideration for the drive and said they were sorry and they weren't going to do anything else about it. I find that wrong on all levels. All the offer to do was refund. My money.
