Megan is the reason that we need to make one star review here to draw management attentions. She was chatting with others to show her importance at store for minutes while we waited in the no line line. We asked how she was and she started to give us super bad attitude and even left the cashier, lied to us that we can’t use the reward. Plain and simple , the food is good but they seem to never have certain rolls. How are you guys called 85c bakery but never got the rolls . Step your game up
My family and I absolutely love this bakery for several reasons…1st being the customer service is always so pleasant. 2nd the pastries sends us down memory lane to our yrs in Japan where the aroma of fresh baked goods greats you as soon as you walk through the bakery’s door, and 3rd the coffee is always so good.
