I visited this location today at around 11:12am. There was a younger kid showing 3-4 employees a small kitten. This was a distraction with the employees leaving only one person running the register with many in line waiting. The concerning part of this situation was not only the poor customer service or perception of bad service, is the child with the cat made its way into the back kitchen area.
