I really enjoy there Pastries, and Drinks are Amazing the only thing that is very off putting is the attitude of some of the young Employees, specially the Cashiers just very rude and arrogant and dismissive at times . Employers should definitely train for better customer service skills , the last time I was there one of the barista got an order wrong so the customer sent the drink back , and the barista got the drink of the counter and slammed it in the trash bin when the drink hit the bottom it splattered on him mostly and... read more
