After our pipes burst this winter we had difficulty finding a contractor to tackle the work needed to restore our home. My husband found 84th Street and we were thrilled with the work! They were communicative, timely and thorough and we were very happy with the restoration. We look forward to hiring them in the future for 'elective' home renovations.
Had them build a front deck for me several years ago and slope the yard to the deck. They said they could build it just like my back deck, they didn’t and it cost me more to have them tear it out and fix it. The yard was to be the same grass but it is not and still a noticeable difference in color and texture from the rest of the yard. Buyer beware of this company. Finally got the lien off my house they put on it until I paid.
My neighbor had used this company for a project recommended them. I hired them to add a second bathroom to my home. I left all the details up to them. Materials were of good quality, the project completed sooner than expected, and at less than the estimated cost. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and will use them again for future projects!
