The most inefficent operation I have ever experianced. Nurses not very attentive. I was hospitalized over night for stress test, finally saw doctor with results at 6:30 pm and did not get very complete explanation of results. Was told I would be discharged, 8:30 pm and still waiting with no discharge orders written yet. Rose and Good Sam. Hospitals are much more efficiently ran with employees who are truely concerned about the patient. Never again will go to Rose or Good Sams
They should get rid of Shawna Casados and get some good managers in there. No staff under her like her and she doesn't even have nursing experience so why is she telling the RN's what to do? Maybe if they got rid of the poor management, the nurses would have better morale and treat the patients with smiles instead of complaints!
In just a few words I can rate this hospital.. St. Anthony North SUCKS!!!!! My mom was there last August and was not impressed at all. She was just here again this week and I am even less impressed!! The nurses here are total morons and do not know how to treat anyone let alone elderly people. This place gets ZERO stars from my family!! I had to put one to get it to take my review but I want everyone to know it is really a zero!

I'd recommend North Suburban – My experience here was not great. The facility is run down, the staff is not the brightest or most responsive, and things do not seem to happen efficiently. My nurses were all complaining about the computer system and blaming it for everything. My impression is that they just weren't very bright or efficient. The physical therapists were great, however. Overall, I could not recommend this hospital.
