These crooks have my account "locked" because I reported authorized charges. It's been close to 30 days now, and I'm missing loan payments, I can't buy my prescriptions, pay my utilities, and I'm recommending that: NO ONE USE THIS BANK!! They're thieves and con artists that have a hard time realizing that my money is NOT THEIR MONEY! Especially the fraud department who are scammers themselves.
