We have tried to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt. But each time is a new reason to not go there. Our table of 8 arrived on a Monday evening at 7pm. The only people there were us and 2 people at the bar. We ordered promptly and began our wait. First, the waitress forgot one soup, no big deal, we reminded her, but she never brought it. Went with friends for a dinner out. Excellent as usual. No wait to be seated. Great tap beer selection. Brew pub on site. Chicken tenders were huge breaded white meat pieces. Delicious! My friend had the fish fry which was 4 large pieces of cod. We didn't have room for dessert. But Everything on the menu looked delicious! I recommend 841 brew house as a great place for dinner.
The food at 841 Brewhouse is always good. The service is the problem. I usually order carry out, which I appreciate they do carry out. This is the second time I’ve placed an order and it was never entered into the system. More often than not the order is wrong. It will probably be a long time before I go back if ever. I’m tired of placing an order and wondering if they will enter it or get it right.
My bill came out to $106 would have been fine if our food was good and service was good. We seen our server maybe 3 times entire time place was dead our cups stayed empty. Paid $32 for a steak that I ordered medium rare and was well done and there was so much fat on it was not pleasant potatoes were pasty and gummy my vegetables were cold and there were big stems in there.
