I still have a broken window... I still have missing screens... I still have the wrong windows with double latches... missing crank covers... beat up front door and side light windows that are waiting to be replaced. I've had windows replaced that damaged my stucco and delayed completion and sheet rock dust from the repair that coats everything in a layer of grime. Great staff
there is one employee who was very helpful with a product we ordered, otherwise missing items and delays in ordering, lack of knowledge on this product even by the manager. Manager "John" seemed uninterested in providing info, cost and status on our order, did not return phone calls and ultimately caused us to make a decision to return product and cancel another delayed item ordered for our project causing us to start all over with finding a product. I am a contractor in this aera, I recieved a phone call from the new manager at the Winchester store. He introduced himself and invited me in to the store. I went in about a week later and found Chris the manager very polite and knowledgable along with the other employee's. Thanks Jim
Spent about $1000 and had them prepare bundle for pick up. The boards were almost all the poorest pieces.....bark and rounded edges on all 2x6s.....some 2x4 x 16 footers could not support their own weight sideways due to the number of knots.......their torx head decking screws are very poor quality and the screws fail routinely where shaft meets threads. I will be spending more money elsewhere to get better product.

I ordered an outside door on March 6, 2013. Today is July 2, 2013 and I still don't have the door. It has been ordered 3 times and every time it came in wrong. They tell me I will have it next Thursday but I have great doubts. I put up with this mess because I wasn't ready to install but now I am and no door. Be very careful how you deal with these people. I will never do it again.
