My experience couldn't have been worse without being criminal. Lies and misdirection at every turn. We attempted multiple times to purchase a shed kit. After the run-around numerous times they finally let us order, only to get bizarre calls with wildly different quotes. Then delivery prices kept changing. Adding insult to injury, they failed to deliver key parts of the kit. When we repeatedly called them for the parts, they repeatedly lied about the status of the order. Staff is not nice. It takes about an hour or two to get out of here..
It's sometimes hard to find someone at the counter but they are always friendly and helpful. If they don't have what you need they'll offer to order it or direct you to a competitor that does. Gotta love a business that puts the customer needs on top of the priority list.
This company uses a collection agency that spoofed caller ID. I'm a victim that spoofing. They used my phone ID to call a friend of mine.
