Worst company for delivery. Don’t come here you will take almost all day to deliver a load here .
You arrive at 6 a.m. to unload, and the line doesn't move. Their trucks have priority, and they don't unload you. It's a small place, and their trucks return quickly, and you have to keep waiting. The truth is, they're not well organized for those of us who are unloading. I've been waiting for three hours to unload. It easily takes half a day to unload you.
This place is very, very , very slow to unload. If you come to unload, remember. You're NOT a priority at all. Every truck that comes in to load. And it's a lot of them, will load before they unload . And if they start you up, and an empty truck comes in, they'll stop with you until they're done with the other one. I don't get why! They have plenty forklifts there!
Delivered a full lumber load here. Friendly people, but they take some time to unload you. Even after they pull you in the yard and start unloading your truck they will stop to go and load their trucks as they come in/out. They will pull the forklift driver off your truck to load their trucks as they come. Makes the process longer than necessary for drivers delivering here. Takes 15-20 min to unload a truck and get them off your yard, instead it took over an hour.
