Horrible experience at the Horseheads location trying to get a quote for decking material. Started out on a good note, but guess what? I never did get the quote. The "Co-manager" flat out lied that it was ready and made excuses that email wasn't working. After 5 phone calls to sort it out, I drove down to pick it up. Surprise, it wasn't finished. 2 weeks wasted. I will not be shopping here again until management changes. If you do have to go, make sure you don't deal with the "Co-manager". This place is a joke. If they say they’ll have something delivered by a certain time then don’t believe them. It’ll be here hours after it was supposed to. Donovan has no clue what he is doing
