Staff was helpful and kind. Delivery went smoothly and trouble free. The lumber was absolutely atrocious. Ordered over thirty 2x10x12 boards and an overwhelming majority were barely useable due to the fact they were cut from the edge of a tree and were missing over half of the 2" side. About 15% of the lot was completely unusable either because of extreme cupping (at delivery time), or huge holes that impacted the structural integrity of the joists. Employee read their computer wrong, so after traveling an hour and nearly 60 miles our business is now out on that payroll and fuel costs thanks to a kid behind the screen who doesn’t know what they are doing.
