I have gone through 84 Lumber in Ithaca a few times and have had a great experience every single time. Service and pricing is always the best in the area by a long shot. We've used 84 Lumber in the past for several projects had no issue until this last project. The staff seemed quite unknowledgeable. We emailed corporate to get the 2 quotes they responded the next day. We went back ordered and paid upfront and were told everything should be in the following week not bad figuring. I called the following week and they said there was 1 part still waiting for ok not a big deal I called the following Thursday and was informed everything was ready. Good product at a reasonable price. The service at the counter can be a little slow but it seems to be more of a systems issue than anything else. Still continue to use them for most of my lumber needs.
