Customer service not up to par. Went in looking to purchase composite decking. Picked out numerous samples and was told could not get any..out of stock. I get it with Pandemic short supply on a lot of things. However , clerk assisting us was not cordial at all. It was like were a burden to him. Finally tried a different product, picked out colors and was told to go home. He didn’t even have his lunch yet, he would call us back. Never got a call back. Will take money elsewhere.
This is for orchard park store.... customer service on the phone is horrible... you have 3 doors in back on clearance.... I call and ask If 32 inch is still there. Wait 5 minutes and was told I needed to come In for the door to be measured and that they dont measure the doors ... are you kidding me you dont have a measuring tape...
