The word customer service does not exist here. They don't answer their phones calls or emails. Guy who answers sometimes sounds angry and bothered by your call. I had to literally beg for an email just to get an estimate for lumber. So sad to see good businesses go down the drain due to poor management. No response needed just do better please.
Got to the parking lot and was told theyre closed on saturday. Google says theyre open? Something is not right. 8/29 . Customer service is non existant
Buenas atención , pero en servicio les falta, no tienen herramienta para cortar la madera a la necesidad del cliente.
