I needed structural beams after taking down some loadbearing walls. Kenny was great to work with and helped arrange same-day delivery at a very competitive rate. When I needed additional lumber, they quick. I had no issues returning extra lumber the contractors didn’t use.
people working in the receiving department are unprofessional the guy in the front desk angry man I was trying to explain him that all the LOAD is going here but he said no take it to another location when I went to the other location it was more than 40 miles. I had to come back here and today is Friday if I don’t get on time to houston today I have to wait for my next load until Monday so it means he wasted my three days because of his unprofessionalism and being angry.
Buying experience was very good. Actual product? Less than good. Buyer beware, bought a lot of cedar posts to construct a pergola. First rain last night while in the middle of the build, with wood only a couple weeks old, ran some sort of residue all over the bricks, hosing and scrubbing doesn’t remove it.
