They were incredible! Jared was very kind and straight forward! Lorraine was great with the information and made my pick up very easy . She also took care of returning my rental for me! Such a pleasant place to work with!!!

the staff and the body shop is AMAZING to deal with. I recently had an accident and my car was taken to Bowser. I was blown away with the treatment. I was sent a link that let me track my car and was called every couple days to be kept in the loop. My car came out looking amazing!! THANK YOU!!
Honest review it took long then I expected about 40 days was not there fault with dealing with insurance they like to try to use used parts and bad parts kept coming in. I dealt with Eric he kept me informed on what was going on. Picked the car up today seems to be running fine so far. One negative they left the doors unlocked
