the staff and the body shop is AMAZING to deal with. I recently had an accident and my car was taken to Bowser. I was blown away with the treatment. I was sent a link that let me track my car and was called every couple days to be kept in the loop. My car came out looking amazing!! THANK YOU!!
Honest review it took long then I expected about 40 days was not there fault with dealing with insurance they like to try to use used parts and bad parts kept coming in. I dealt with Eric he kept me informed on what was going on. Picked the car up today seems to be running fine so far. One negative they left the doors unlocked
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Would give -5 stars if possible. Had one vehicle there to have a rear bumper fixed. Got the truck back to find wiring issues that were not previously a problem. Then, had another car there to get a tire replaced. They ended up keeping the car there for 2 weeks because they were waiting for the tire to come in. Got the car back and found out they just put the spare tire on the vehicle and put the new tire on the back as the spare and very well could have given us the car back until the tire came in... read more
Bowser did a great job repairing my vehicle after an accident that wasn’t my fault, causing an inconvenience to say the least. They helped me handle things with insurance and my car rental. They also handled repairs in a timely manner and with professionalism. I appreciate Mike’s help especially and Lorraine (office manager) was also helpful as well. I would definitely recommend them if you are needing body work done!
Can’t say enough about there work. They fixed my car in timely manner. Took care of all insurance issues. Every thing matches perfect paint wise. Friendly people to work with.
