Clueless and no very keen to help! Bad customer service
As a truck driver I have to say their unloader Jason in the lumber yard is very quick and efficient. Always very friendly and helpful. He always helps the drivers take the tarps off and that alone is greatly appreciated. What normally would take me 30-40 minutes to take our tarps off is done with his help in less than 15 minutes.
