First time here and received horrible product. Should of stuck with home depot.
Decatur location have the worst customer service ever..we order beam from them after one week we went to pick up the beam they said we forgot to order it..we had to pay $1500 for the crew who was installing it… They call me 3 days later beam its here come and pick up when i went there they lost it i had to wait another 2 days…. Bad bad customer service…
Nice people very helpful and cheaper then home depot , plus they load you
