Such a great experience!
Poor, poor, poor is my experience with the front office staff. I was sent a bill for $92.00 with no explanation whatsoever. When I called, I was told that I had received 3 cleaning in a 12-month period and only 2 were covered. I asked why I had been scheduled for more cleaning than insurance allowed (we all know only 2 are covered in a 12-month period) and was told it was my fault for scheduling too many cleaning.
