I made an appointment with 830-Wellness to transfer my Hormone Therapy as well as get to established for Primary Care. The office was bright and clean. The staff is all really friendly. I loved that Lacy took her time and listened to what I had to say. I am thrilled that she was also very open to allowing me to make decisions in my own healthcare. Lacey is AMAZING & extremely thorough! I was greeted by a very friendly and professional front desk, staff person, and was promptly taken back for my appointment with Lacey. 830 wellness offers so much besides primary care! I actually look forward to my future appointments!
I didn’t realize how important hormone health was until having my hormones checked and balanced by Lacy. She is the first provider who has ever truly dug deep into my blood work instead of just brushing symptoms aside. I really wanted to love my experience at 830 Wellness for a variety of reasons. When was researching providers, I was looking for someone who was thorough and dedicated. And in my first two visits I thought they fit the bill. Unfortunately, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse when I was prescribed two medications for migraines that required prior authorization from my insurance.
