The exam itself was fine. The optometrist was friendly and informative. The technician was polite and clear with her direction. A few things to note: the optometrist jacket was soiled and dirty, I can see the soiled dirty brown stain all over her jacket. She spoke about progressive lens without asking if it was something I was interested which was fine to have a conversation about it, but at no time did she asked me what I was getting an eye exam for.
