Very responsive and easy to work with during move-in!
Stayed in the 808 W Fullerton apt for two years. Management was very responsive and the place was very cozy. Rent was not too expensive and the location was very nice (sad the whole foods nearby closed down, but there is a target and Trader Joe’s nearby)
Steve is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So happy he directed me here
I lived here and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I lived here for 2 years while in college. The apartment itself was fine and the location is right next to the train. But it was very small, and overlooking an alley so not much of a view. The problems were with management and maintenance. The management was super rude once we had the lease signed.
