My name is actually Doug and I live in 825. Juana, Caleb, and the entire apartment care crew are just fantastic! Love hearing Juana’s voice in the morning. Caleb was so freakin’ cool. And I can’t remember the other gentlemen’s names (please don’t hate me for that) but all wonderful people. I used to live on 880 Dexter for a time so seeing some of the original people like Juana is always a refresher.
This review is for Miss Juana specifically. Juana (and the whole maintenance team as well) is amazing and really makes an effort to show she cares about the people in the building. This is so refreshing to see! She makes our experience better. Thank you Juana!
