Not up to date, and not worth the recent rent increase… UPDATE: October 2022 Do NOT rent from this company. The exteriors of the apartments are cute and quaint. However, these are very old buildings and the cold air systems are terrible.The swamp coolers don't work and it got up to 95+ degrees in the summer indoors with thermostats you CAN'T adjust or control. Good thing I didn't have any babies or pets! Could you imagine? When I went to resign my lease, the rent had raised to $170+ a month. I've never seen a rent increase s... read more
