Dr. Taras' office wouldn't fix a blood work bill that they told me would be $67 and was $238.25. His response was to send me an email that was berating and humiliating. I have never felt so bullied by a man. I have no idea how he thinks what he wrote to me and the way he treated me is okay. I would post the email he sent me here but there aren't enough characters. I am sure this guy is a good doctor if everything goes his way.

Sorry you chose the 1-star rating based on a lab error that we said we'd take care of and eventually did and even fired the lab. As opposed to other providers we don't make a penny off our labs and try to keep our patient costs down by finding the best prices for them and decrease the number of labs that are needed. :-(
After bouncing around from GYN to GYN trying to find someone who was patient, caring and actually listened I finally found Dr. Ian Taras. I cant lie I was sceptial about pouring my menopausal issues out there to another male doctor, turns out I had nothing to worry about, and I have never felt like my health was in better hands. Dr Taras helped me understand this menopausal journey and guided me to the right tretment plan for me. It was like going from watching black and white TV back to color.

My menopause symptoms resurfaced after I had my ovaries removed at age 61. I was exhausted due to getting no sleep trying to endure non-stop hot flashes, heart palpitations and night sweats. Dr. Taras' care, time and compassion for what I was going through is rare as he took time to evaluate my medical history and put me on a path that has provided me with relief. He always responds to my emails about questions or concerns as we continue the journey through this. I have my life back.

Dr. Taras is a rare breed. He takes the time to listen to his patients, provide thorough explanations, alternative solutions and answer emails after hours! While pap smears and pelvis exams aren't exactly my cup of tea, Dr. Taras and his assistant Corinne immediately put me at ease. Although he is not within network, his fees are reasonable. After putting off my annual exams and health concerns for so long, I am grateful to have found him. Thank you, Team Taras!

Dr. Taras is, hands down, the best. I'm not afraid to discuss anything with him, and I mean anything. I've never once been met with judgement. He's compassionate and understanding. I never feel rushed when I visit him; he always makes sure he's answered all of my questions. He's even available via email practically 24/7 if anything comes up. My insurance doesn't completely cover my visits to him, but his office has always worked with me to keep it affordable. I recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Taras Is the most caring and attentive doctor anyone could hope for. He is thorough,knowledgeable, kind and does everything he can to help. He spends a good deal of time with each patient and schedules his day accordingly so that there is never a long wait. I highly recommend Dr. Taras!
