Ever since Chequita left the management quality severely declined. I have been reaching out constantly to management for 2+ months over a major issue with literally no communication back. Reaching out to a brick wall would probably go better than reaching out to them. Yet they can send a million community wide emails to us while ignoring the phone calls, emails, and messages of tenants. I used to love living here but I would no longer recommend it
Chequita and Novo Properties have been a tremendous help in securing my new large studio. My situation was unique, but the management was incredibly understanding and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
