Called in @4:30 asking do I need appointment…they answered no u don’t I walk around n with in a half hour now it is different I was asked do I have appointment…I ended staying for over 1 hour 15 minutes for my turn Total time spend is over 2 hrs Bad customer service They focus on existing customers Good luck being new I guess no new customers welcomed No apology nothing
Normally I have nothing but good things to say, however an unexpected snow storm hit on my way home, as i had been driving for the past 40 minutes in in bad weather i could not call. I received a call and pulled over to answer it. Immediately whom ever I had spoke to had told me that I was late and had missed my appointment after 10 minutes past in a snow storm where you can only go 15 mph.
