I am a high rise realtor and I work with all of the buildings in the city. 8119 is truly in a league of its own being the only highrise in Highland Park. I often describe it as the “Rolls Royce” of Dallas high rises. The customer service is incredible and rooftop pool overlooking the skyline feels as if you are on vacation. There is an element of risk (service, quality etc) when you sign a lease at any property in the city. At 8119, your risk is close to zero.
Chase, the Assistant Manager at 8119, brings such positive energy and makes you feel welcome right away. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and in a fantastic location. Highly recommend this community and the great staff!
Building is extremely nice and the concierge + staff are world-class. Also very dog friendly - highly recommend!
