I had use this storage place for over a year. I was never late on payments ( auto pay). I even had given this owner, two other clients. The owner (Kevin) became a mad man when I no longer needed his place for storage. I ask him if he could give me a 2 day extension due to my MS and just lost my service dog of 12 years. Place was good for the first couple months. My family and I had units here, we paid for our own units separately but deactivated everyone's cards in my household if one person's pay was late. Lied about leaving unit dirty so they didn't have to pay back deposit. Easy for water to get into units in heavy rain.
