I ordered some bulbs in the fall for pickup and was informed that an email would be sent out when they were ready for pick-up. I never received an email, and have tried to contact them a number of times with no result. Their website domain is currently for sale. This is incredibly unprofessional. It is now so late that I can no longer dispute the claim with my credit card company. Ordered in September..... and nothing reached out twice via phone and email doesn't seem to work. Scam of a place DO NOT order. Going to dispute charge and will be refunded but that a pain !!!!
I have tried to get a hold of this business about an order with no response.
Like the other negative reviews I too ordered something that never came and could not get a refund. Using an emergency as an excuse doesn’t hold up after three months. At this point, a reputable business should have made arrangements or hired someone to handle orders and refunds. Especially when I can see the posts online advertising for new business! I’ve contacted them at least half a dozen times with no resolution, and it appears the only customers who received refunds were those who left negative Google reviews or flagge... read more
