Like the other negative reviews I too ordered something that never came and could not get a refund. Using an emergency as an excuse doesn’t hold up after three months. At this point, a reputable business should have made arrangements or hired someone to handle orders and refunds. Especially when I can see the posts online advertising for new business! I am still waiting for my order from almost a year ago! I am guessing I will never see it!
Ordered in September, reached out in October, received no response for over a month. Only after reaching out to a related account did I learn there was a family illness causing the disappearance from social media and unfulfilled orders. I understood, but there's a responsibility with owning a business to at least communicate that to your customers who are waiting on orders and had now passed the deadline to order from other businesses. I ordered online over $100 worth of fall-planting bulbs with expected delivery mid-October. After MULTIPLE messages to Amanda, she finally conceded that she would not be able to ship the product as ordered and processed a refund. I'm not sure what she has going on in her life, but this is not the way to run a business.
Issue was resolved. Hope to work again in the future
